About the event
Curious about meditation?
An opportunity to practice together and discuss what meditation supports and how it can be part of our wellbeing rhythms. Exploring how meditation is the opposite of disengagement and going somewhere else; rather its about being even more fully 'here' and in the moment.
We'll learn together about how meditation cultivates presence and mindfulness. We'll tune in to our own experience of all of our intelligence centred: body, heart, and mind.
Over time, we learn about the unique and preferred ways we go 'offline' (numb, tune out, avoid) and how to increase our ability to stay engaged, genuinely present and awake in our bodies and lives.

Small classes in a cozy art therapy/yoga studio. We're up one flight of stairs on the 2nd floor of 329 Cumberland (the Makers Bldg.)
