Narrative Therapy has a long history rooted in offering deeply respectful and curious explorations of the intersections people are navigating in their lives, while exposing the often unexplored discourses that harm. Narrative practices equip us to collaboratively name and evaluate the cultural stories that folks grew up with, resist narratives that restrict possibilities, question limiting ideas about people and loving relationships, and engage in creative conversations that linger over what a life well lived, really looks likes in these times.
