About the event
a year long exploration of what it means to follow the supportive map of the enneagram into deeper self awareness, stronger relationships, clearer understanding of what it means to observe oneself and be steady in the present moment.
We'll look at type structures and we'll go way beyond type. Expect to learn some history of the enneagram as a process and tool, as well as about the instincts, triads and other pattern explorations that lead to grounded presence and transformational growth.
together, we’ll engage with both the ancient roots and modern interpretations of the enneagram that shape how we respond to our lives both internally and relationally. There will be interpersonal exercises woven into our group experience, as well as integration invitations to take away for practice between meetings.
